Having been both a holiday home and holiday let owner himself, he fully understands the support needed to make sure your property is well looked after. Kefalonia Property Care is the only company on the island providing a reliable, transparent and dedicated property management service.
There is often a story behind the decision to buy a holiday home involving many emotions as much as practical considerations. It can be an escape from a stressful and busy life; a desire to use an inheritance in a special way; or creating a family haven for generations to enjoy. A holiday home can also involve the need or desire to create an additional income from lettings, such as Airbnb, which bring additional property management needs that we can advise and provide.
Kefalonia Property Care not only has the practical skills and experience in property management both from the UK and Kefalonia, but also a real life understanding of holiday home and holiday let ownership. Our mission is to give our customers a very personal, detailed, transparent and caring service.
‘We bought a small holiday home on Kefalonia having enjoyed a decade of holidays to the island. The experience of caring for our home here as a non-local was difficult and even frustrating at times. We would often worry about leaving it for long periods and arrive back to irritating problems.’
In January 2019 Daniel, his wife Jen and young son moved to Kefalonia permanently from the UK. In August 2019 they were lucky enough to spend a week filming with US tv channel HGTV for their popular Mediterranean Life series.
