Whether you have a small apartment or large villa we can provide a reliable and high quality full changeover cleaning service to suit your guest bookings. As part of our service we ensure beds are made and washing of linen and towels. By working with us an owner will avoid the cost and complexity of employing an individual directly.

We also offer a pre and post season deep property clean service. This is a comprehensive clean of the property both inside and out, at the start and end of the tourist season. Includes a high standard clean and all cleaning materials, and covers additional features to a changeover service, such as windows and shutters cleaning.

Meet and Greet – Representing you

We are experienced in excellent customer care in the holiday let and tourist industry and can welcome guests to your holiday rental and ensure they have everything they need. We believe it is important for guests to meet a representative when they book a holiday property but many owners are either too busy or not local to be able to this. We charge simple standard fees for this.

We can also arrange a guest food and drink arrival basket if required.

Maintenance, decorating and renovation

Owning a holiday rental property means there is often a need for routine and reliable maintenance.

We also offer a winter inspection service to ensure the property is being kept in good condition and you are aware of any work which may be required ahead of the following season.

At some point a property requires more than general maintenance and we are experienced in decorating and renovation work appropriate to holiday rental properties.

Administration and guest liaison

We can provide professional administration and management of your property enquiries, bookings, payments and reviews. As part of this service we can respond to staying guests calls and address any minor issues that occur.

We can also set up and manage booking platforms like Airbnb for you. It can be time consuming looking after booking sites and liaising with customers so our in-house administrator can manage this for you.

Outside Areas

Keeping the garden and outside areas of your property at a high standard is key to guest enjoyment.

We can provide garden and grounds maintenance; weed control; spring/summer planting; lawn care; grass cutting, pruning and strimming.

Swimming pool services

Keeping a swimming pool clean and well maintained is very important for your guests enjoyment and safety.

We can offer a getting the swimming pool season ready service; weekly cleans and maintenance, water testing and chemical supply.
