Regular inspections

Inspections are ideal for holiday home owners who live away and only visit their property a few times a year.

We can carry out inspections as often as you would like to offer you peace of mind. We offer a weekly, fortnightly or monthly service.

We will visit your property, checking inside and outside, for any leaks, damp, signs of infestation or break in. Lightbulbs and electrical appliances will be checked.

We provide a scorecard of the condition and cleanliness of your property within 48 hours of our visit, and provide you with photos of your place in the sun.

We will inform you of any problems that may arise and quotes can be obtained on your behalf.

Maintainance, decoration and renovation

Owning a holiday home means there is often a need for routine and reliable maintenance.

We also offer a winter inspection service to ensure the property is being kept in good condition and you are aware of any work which may be required ahead of the following season.

At some point a property requires more than general maintenance and we are experienced in decorating and renovation work appropriate to holiday rental properties.

We also provide a Project Management service for renovation works at your property such co-ordinating various tradespeople, drawing up a schedule of work and budget management.

Gardening

We can provide garden and grounds maintenance; weed control; spring/summer planting; lawn care; grass cutting, pruning and strimming.

Orders, deliveries and collections

^{We can place orders for you to your specifications with local and international retailers including Ikea Greece. We will track the progress of an order and arrange collection or delivery to your home.}

_{We also offer an assembly and installation service so your items are ready for use as soon as you arrive.}

Preparing your home for your arrival

^{After a long journey to get here the last thing you want to do is clean your home or find that something isn’t as it should be having been away for a period of time.}

^{We offer a full preparation service to suit your needs such as cleaning; ensuring all services are working; turning on the fridge, heating and water systems; making up beds; and gardening.}

^{We can also arrange drop off and pick up of your own Greek car at the airport to save on taxi costs.}

Pools

We can provide regular pool maintenance as you wish such as weekly or monthly cleaning and chemical management.

We can also ensure your pool is ready for the start of the Summer season and prepared for Winter.
